What is a good time of year to start my project?
Immediately following the summer season is always a great time to start your new construction or renovation projects as it provides ample time in the off-season to get as much done as possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, checks, and ACH electronic transfers.
Will Homes by Hand help me design my project?
It depends on the scale of the project. We are capable of doing some small design work but can always refer you to an architect and/or designer to otherwise fulfill your needs.
Do you have all required insurances?
Yes, we are covered through general liability, excess liability, and worker’s compensation insurances.
Do you work with the municipalities to acquire permits if required?
Yes, however the costs for permits are not included in our initial pricing.
